CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ: Please visit www.inkedbysam.com to view all of our studio policy’s and disqualification list BEFORE booking. Not everyone is a candidate for permanent makeup. We get that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. NO CALL/NO SHOWS and Day of Cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit and 30% of the service booked charged to the card on file. This policy is in place to honor the commitment of time set aside for your appointment and to protect my time and small business.
